Vertical Farming?

Hey, I found this site talking about Vertical Farming. I really dig the concept. How can we use this concept on a more tribal/village community. They are looking at building skyscrapers... can we do this with domes to help feed a community? Basically it would be a multi-tiered greenhouse, right?

I'm glad you said that... I couldn't remember from which site I had linked through to find it. It must have been YOURS!!!

I am real impressed with this Dr. Despommier. I think his vertical farming idea is magnificent. I am starting to get the picture in my mind of what you are working on with this whole Buckminster Fuller Challenge thing you have going on. I hope you win, I really do.
