We have been problem solving for the last couple of days. I have the blueprints pretty much done. I will be posting on the Pine Ridge Group here in just a few minutes.
As far as venting goes, I think we are going to look at fire brick for the stove pipe, and use a skylight vent system for the venting of the domes.

But we still are not completely sure this is the route we will take. We need to make a decision soon.
I am really glad that you are having a good time in CA. I can't wait until we get together and brainstorm. We should have some kick ass ideas as a result. Well, got to go and upload stuff. TTYS. XO J
I don't know if it is hotter in CA or SD! We are having a blast. Should start laying bags tommorrow. I do have a few things we are trying to solve. We are going to be putting a wood burning fireplace in the dome so we need to consider how we are going to vent the pipe, and also how we are going to keep the hot pipe from melting the plastic bags. Also we have to solve how we are going to install an air intake so that we don't run the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. You have any ideas? I'll be posting our blueprints that I designed in 3d later this afternoon. You can get back in touch with me through here, or through regular email. Take care. BEAUTIFUL PIC BTW.
