The Dome is GROWING!!!

We have been working really hard on the middle dome and we are about five feet from the top. We have also been working on the foundation of the smaller dome that will be the wash room/utility room. We have decided to make the 3rd dome into a teepee dome made of rice hulls. We will still have the foundation solid with the earth bags. The only difference is the rest of the dome will be rice hulls. We bought 6 PVC pipes and some more concrete and we are going to pour the concrete at the base of each PVC pipe and set them up TEEPEE style. Then we are going to go up double rice hulls. We think it's a pretty fun project to try out and we know that other people have tried building rice hull domes. Lets see how it works ok. Ok well sorry I have been slacking on my blog and updating photos but I have been lost in the fun of building...
